This is one of my absolute favourite desserts to have, therefore I thought I would try it out at home. It turned out amazing, so here is the delicious recipe for you all to try.
400g Digestive Biscuits
150g Unsalted Butter, Melted
1 tin Carnation Caramel
350ml Double Cream
Crumble the digestive biscuits in a bowl.
Add the melted butter to the biscuits and mix well, then press the mixture to the bottom of your tart tin and to the sides too.
Bring your tin with the biscuit mixture to the fridge and leave for 45 minutes to set.
Spoon the Carnation caramel on top of the biscuit base and spread it out evenly.
Put back in the fridge for another 15 minutes.
Chop the bananas into slices and cover the caramel with them.
Whip the cream until thick and add it to the top of the bananas.
Break up the flake over the cream and you're ready to serve.
