Homemade Granola

There are so many health food recipes out there that have 65 steps and use lots of different cooking tools that the average person hasn't even heard of! However, this healthy granola recipe is super simple, but tastes delicious. The best part is that you can switch it up as many times as you like and make it your own.


210ml honey

6 tbsp coconut oil

50g chia seeds

50g pumpkin seeds

100g almonds, chopped

430g rolled oats

165g dried apricots, chopped

To serve:




Preheat the oven to GM4 and line a baking tray with greaseproof paper.

In a pan, melt the coconut oil and honey until fully combined.

In a large mixing bowl, add all the ingredients, except the dried apricots, pour the honey mixture over them and mix well.

Put half of your granola mixture onto your baking tray and spread out evenly. Bake for 15-20 minutes. Repeat for the other half of the mixture.

Mix in the dried apricots once out of the oven.

Once cool, move to an airtight container. It will keep for about a month.

Eat with yogurt and or berries.
