Kale Chips

Craving yummy salty foods is something we all do, however, eating a whole bag of crisps isn't always the best idea for our bodies. A great substitute that is also super delicious, as well as being super healthy, are kale chips. They are so easy to make and are an amazing snack to have whenever.

INGREDIENTS

1 bunch of kale

Olive oil

Pinch of salt


METHOD

Heat the oven to Gas Mark 4.

Thoroughly wash and rinse the kale, then de-stem the leaves.

Make the leaves into bite-sized pieces.

Put the kale onto a baking sheet and spray/drizzle with your olive oil.

Next, sprinkle your salt on top.

Put the kale in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes. It is better to shake the tray every few minutes so they are cooked evenly.
