These are also great questions to ask yourself before a tarot reading to get you into the groove of talking about yourself and what you want your life to look like. If you're feeling sad or lost, these questions are a great place to start.
How do I feel in this moment?
Being in the present and only thinking about how you feel right now is so important to your wellbeing. Take a moment to understand how you are feeling in this moment, not how you felt yesterday, or how you may feel later. If you're feeling good, focus on that and try to keep it up. If you aren't feeling too good, figure out why and see if you can get to the heart of the problem.
What do I want from life?
This question wants you to think about what you are craving from life at the moment. What is missing from your life, and how can you get what you want? This could be as simple as just wanting an hour to yourself to recharge, or it could be wanting a promotion at work, or a new job entirely! Think about what you want your life to look like at the moment and work towards your goals.
What makes me happy?
This is the most important question asked today, and one that people often forget about. What makes you happy? It's a simple question, but one that can be hard to answer. Instead of focussing on what makes you sad, or all the things you don't have, think about what you actually enjoy doing and make sure to save time for it. Do something that makes you happy every day.
