Cancerians are the most emotional of the zodiac and also the most common! Studies show that most babies are born in the summer, so Cancer being the top star sign makes total sense. Cancerians are the most nurturing sign, so having so many of them around makes everyone else feel much more comforted, knowing that their emotional intelligence is on our side.

Another water sign topping this list. Scorpios are the second most common star sign and we are all so happy they are! Scorpios are full of mystery and excitement, making time spent with them well worth it. 10. Virgo
Virgos are extremely intelligent, hard-working, kind and also stubborn! They are the third most common star sign and the most common earth sign on the list. Virgos are an interesting mix, as so many of them are completely different than the rest. The thing that they all have in common though, is their focussed and determined attitude. They know what they want and will try their absolute best to make it happen.
9. Libra
Libra is the most common air sign out there! Libras are fun to be around and they will always have your back. September is a popular month to be born, so it's no wonder why Virgo and Libra are both near the top of the list. Libras are amazing friends. They are kind and always want to hear what is going on in their friends' lives, sometimes more than talking about their own.
8. Aries
Aries are the most common fire sign. They are definitely the most fiery of the fire signs and lucky for us, they are near the top of the list! Having an Aries in your life is always interesting, as you never know what mood you will catch them in. They are fun and love to be out socialising. Let's just all hope that when you next see an Aries, they are in a happy mood.
7. Gemini
Going into the middle of the list is Gemini. They are bubbly and incredible sociable, always wanting to put a smile on everyone's face. Geminis are the people you want at a party with you, as they will always keep the conversation going and never let any awkward silences happen. The other sign right in the middle of this list is Leo. Leos feel deeply connected to the people around them and always want to find more connections with their friends. Leos deserve everything they get, because they are always working hard to achieve their goals. They believe that friends and family are the most important things in the world and always try their hardest to be the best person possible.
5. Pisces
Pisces are the rarest water sign! They have dreamy personalities that other people can't help but admire. Pisces always want to be perfect and sometimes work themselves too hard to do so. They are the best people to throw a party, as they will always be making sure that their guests are happy. Pisces can often be too hard on themselves, but luckily they surround themselves with people who really care about them.

Being born near Christmas and New Year's are quite rare, which is why Capricorn is at number 4 on the list. Capricorns are people you either really get along with, or really don't, there isn't much of an in-between! Capricorns are hard-workers and don't give themselves much time to relax. Taurus are the least common earth sign! They are the most chilled of the zodiac and love to chat about everything and everyone. They can always be trusted and are great at motivating (don't even get me started on how hilarious they are!). They are great friends to have and they're super sweet. They are practical and heartfelt people, dedicated to making their dreams come true.

Sagittarius are the least common fire sign! Sagittarius can often seem cold on the outside, however once you get to know them, they are the most fun zodiac sign to be around. Sagittarius are special because they don't pretend to be anything but themselves. You would be very lucky to have a Sagittarius friend, especially because there aren't as many of them.

The rarest zodiac sign is Aquarius! Aquarius aim for perfection and have a unique side to their personality. They are the types to become famous for their work and ones to never cross!
